Important updates on services and deadlines

Update on Fall Quarter, 202410 Billing
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • Fall 2024 tuition and fees and authorized financial aid have been assessed. Please refer to the “New Total Balance” in your statement as this is what you will owe for fall quarter. If you have a negative balance, you have a credit on your account and you do not owe anything. If you have an Amount Due, you must pay that amount by the Fee Payment Deadline, September 15, 2024, to avoid being dropped from your Fall Quarter Classes. Please note for Financial Aid to fully disburse to your account on September 15, 2024, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units (waitlisted units do not count).

    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Final Fee Payment Deadline is November 14, 2024. Any Graduate Student with a balance after November 14, 2024, will be canceled from their future term. All registered classes for the future term will be dropped for non-payment and a late registration fee will be assessed.
Office Hours and Online Resources

During July and August, Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering will be operating remotely on Fridays.

  • Our Office is open to the public Monday thru Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

  •   • You can login into MyBill to check your student account and make payments online.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.
