The first set of Aggie Enterprise eLearning courses is now available in the UC Learning Center. These first two courses focus on the Chart of Accounts, which lays the foundation for the Aggie Enterprise (Oracle Cloud Financials) system. These will be followed by instructor-led sessions beginning in fall 2022. Please note that completion of both eLearning courses is a requirement to register for the instructor-led sessions when they become available.

Phase 2 begins in February 2023 and encompasses formal training on Oracle Cloud Financials and Enterprise Performance Management systems.

Chart of Accounts eLearning Courses

Courses 1 and 2 of the Chart of Accounts eLearning courses must be completed by Sept. 30, 2022 in preparation for instructor-led training. Employees with access to Kuali Financial System (KFS), FIS-Decision Support (FIS-DS) and AggieBuy should have received an invitation to complete the courses; however the courses are available to all employees.

Please note: Courses must be taken in order as the first course is a prerequisite to the second.
