An Glacier Individual Record is required when you meet all three of the following conditions:

1. Hold a Visa Status

• International Visitors with A, B, E, F, H, J, K, L, M, O, P, TN, V or WT/WB (ESTA) visa
• Pending U.S. Permanent Resident
• Pending Refugee or Asylum status

2. Physically present in the US

3. Expect any payments from UC Davis

• Payments include but are not limited to:
  • Paychecks issued from UC Path
  • Scholarship and/or Fellowship payments issued by Grad Studies / Student Accounting in excess of tuition
  • Fellowship living expense payment issued by Aggie Enterprise
  • Honorarium payments
  • Independent Contractors and Consulting payments issued by Aggie Enterprise
  • Performance payments

GLACIER is not required for:

• U.S. Citizen or National
• U.S. Permanent Resident
• Refugees or Asylum status
• A nonresident alien working out of the U.S
• AB540 & undocumented students/Deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA)
